770 Build Management Group (“770 Build Management Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Owner Representation, Design Build Management, Construction Management, and Procurement Management for luxury residential projects.
We act as the owner's representative and central point of coordination, bringing architects, interior designers, engineers, consultants, contractors, artisans, and vendors together under one unified vision. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of this website or our published service descriptions at any time.
No Engagement Created by This Website
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. Nothing on this website, and no exchange of messages through it, constitutes an offer to provide services, an acceptance of your project, or a contract between us.
We are engaged only when both parties sign a written agreement describing the scope, fee, schedule, and terms of that specific project. That signed agreement governs the engagement, and where it conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
We review every inquiry, but we accept projects selectively and are not obliged to accept any project or to explain a decision not to proceed.
Information on this website about our services, process, and approach is provided for general information. It is not professional advice for your particular property, project, or circumstances, and should not be relied on as such.
Text Messaging Terms
These terms apply to the 770 Build Management Group text messaging program.
Program: 770 Build Management Group. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provided.
Message types: replies to inquiries you have started with us, project coordination and scheduling updates, site access and walkthrough arrangements, and occasional company updates.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. 770 Build Management Group does not charge you for these messages; any charges come from your own mobile carrier.
To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions.
Privacy: No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of engaging our services, receiving a proposal, or obtaining portfolio access. You may opt in and out as often as you wish.
If you change or give up your mobile number, please let us know so that messages intended for you do not reach someone else.
Inquiries and Portfolio Access
Our project portfolio is provided on request rather than displayed publicly. When you request access, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate, and you are the authorised user of the email address and phone number you give us.
- You are making the request on your own behalf, or on behalf of a principal who has authorised you to do so.
- We may decline or withdraw portfolio access at our discretion, without explanation.
Access may be granted for a limited period and may be revoked. We are not obliged to keep any particular project in the portfolio or to keep the portfolio available at all.
Confidential Materials
Our portfolio and any project materials we share with you — including photography, plans, drawings, specifications, budgets, schedules, vendor information, and client identities — are provided in confidence and remain our property or that of our clients and consultants.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not:
- Copy, download, republish, forward, or distribute those materials.
- Post them to social media or any public website.
- Disclose the identity of a client, the location of a residence, or any project budget or specification.
- Use them for any purpose other than evaluating whether to engage us.
We extend the same discretion to you. Our Privacy Policy describes how we protect client and property confidentiality, and we are willing to enter into a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement where a project requires it.
Acceptable Use of This Site
You agree not to use this website to:
- Break any law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
- Submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content.
- Submit another person's contact details without their permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or disrupt or overload the site.
- Harvest data from the site by automated means, or use the site to send unsolicited messages.
- Solicit our clients, consultants, contractors, or vendors using information obtained through this site.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photography, the 770 Build Management Group name, logotype, and logomark — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Project photography may also be subject to the rights of the photographer, the designers whose work is shown, and the property owner. You may not reproduce it on either basis.
You may quote short excerpts of our written content with clear attribution and a link back to this site. Any other use requires our written permission.
Licensed Services and Third Parties
Our role is management, representation, and coordination. Architectural design, engineering, and construction work on a project are performed by separately engaged firms and tradespeople holding the licences required for their scope of work in the project's jurisdiction.
We select and coordinate those parties with care, and we advocate for the owner's interests in dealing with them. We do not, however, guarantee their work, and each remains responsible for its own performance, licensing, insurance, and compliance.
This website also relies on third-party platforms for its inquiry form, chat, and analytics. Your use of those features is also governed by the relevant provider's own terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
